Data-driven Values to drive a culture of commercial success.
Digital gift card service, Prezzee had experienced rapid incremental growth, moving from startup to scale-up in just a few short years. With a newly developed strategy in place to drive and direct the organisation’s growth, Prezzee needed to establish a set of meaningful and data-driven Values that would enable them to build the culture they needed to deliver on their strategy.
Our work commenced with a Culture Diagnostic, Leadership 360 and an Employee Experience Survey, allowing us to better understand the current behaviours, mindsets and actions that were driving success, as well as those that were impeding the new strategy. By consolidating the data, we were able to define the organisation’s aspirational culture and gain clarity on the core values that would be essential to unlock and sustain performance.
We then took steps to turn these insights into actions, by:
Presenting our results to the Board, Leadership Teams and People Managers to align on the cultural insights.
Designing data-driven Values that were clear, actionable and attached to measures of success
Developing a 12-month roadmap for Values implementation, focusing on activation, launch and embedding, including:
Launch activities
Value Ambassadors
Communications and measurement strategy
Providing feedback to leadership on how they should role model the new Values and Behaviours from the top down
With core business strategy metrics attached to each Value, Prezzee is set up to track the recently launched Values against the outcomes of innovation, customer experience, employee experience and organisational efficiency.
