Unlocking People Power at Mars Food Australia

Our culture experts helped unlock the people power at Mars Food Australia, and the results speak for themselves.

The challenge

Despite eight years of above-average growth, Mars Food Australia (MFA) felt they weren’t tapping into the full potential of their people. They needed to accelerate pace and focus. That’s where we came in.

Our strategy

We identified key behavioural shifts that would unlock people power. Our insights-driven culture strategy focused on six critical workstreams, tightly aligned with MFA’s new business strategy. Leadership empowerment and meeting effectiveness were central.

We put senior leaders in charge of these shifts, setting behavioural expectations through off-site events and toolkits. Then, we cascaded the behaviours to the entire workforce, starting with their annual conference.

Sustaining change

Quarterly pulse surveys measure progress, allowing real-time adjustments and a direct link between culture and commercial value.

Is it time to unlock the power in your people?

This is our core offering, and we’d love to chat about your people with you.
