The brief
As Australia’s largest privately owned IT service provider, Interactive could easily describe their world-class technical capability – but were passionate about driving a more meaningful connection with their people, customers and potential talent. Interactive wanted to unite the different parts of the business, guide decision-making, build reputation and retain talent within the competitive tech space. Among other things, we were challenged to define and land their Purpose and Employer Brand.
